Please gather all stakeholders and discuss these questions as a team. Please submit only one response. The objective of this group exercise is to ensure all stakeholders understand and unite with one another on expectations and hopes for this project before we begin.

I’ll use your Due Diligence document as my main source of information. The questions here are items that need clarity or weren’t mentioned in the document.

Are there any changes to your mission or vision from your original due diligence document?

Please share 5-10 keywords that describe the ideal presentation of your new logo.

Visual ideas about style, color, light: simple, clean, legible, modern, minimalist, etc.

Typography: Are you drawn to a certain style of typography more than another?

For example, see figure A.

Iconography: is there a specific icon or subject matter you would like us to try in the new logo?

Iconography: Are you drawn to iconography that is more realistic or abstract? Would you be interested in a typographic/monogram option with "MRDM"?

For example, see figure B.

What logo work of ours were you drawn to? This provides us with some insight into design style.

Do you have specific guidelines do’s and don’ts about the colors and other elements of brand identity?

Such as avoiding certain colors, specific graphics or elements within the construction industry we should avoid, etc.

Would you like us to include a tagline in any of the logos?

You mentioned "Sophisticated Construction. Timeless Quality" but then wrote "yuck". Would you like to eliminate the tagline or choose something else?

Are there any applications we should plan for, such as embroidery, small spaces, stickers, apparel, signage specs, anything additional?

Does "MRDM Select" need its own mark?

New West Building Company - mentioned as your Gold Standard - is it the entire business structure, or the look/feel of their branding, or the whole package? Something else?

Personally, I love the simplicity, which speaks to their upscale + luxury work. Understated, no bells and whistles because they don't need it. I envision this for Meridiem too.
